Step 3: Focus on an aspect of your practice
Draft policy proposals in response to the GED research. Frame your policies according to your role in adult education—program administrator, practitioner, policymaker, and so on. Think about what policies you would like to see instituted. Also, write a defense for each policy. Anticipate the objections that might be raised to the policy and what questions might be asked. Share your policy proposals with a colleague.
