Beyond the GED: An Overview

How to use this guide:

  1. Scan through Lessons 1, 2, and 3 in Unit 1; Lessons 1 and 2 in Unit 2; and Lessons 1 and 3 in Unit 3, noting key points. For each lesson, write down the key message(s) for students and note what the benefits for learners might be in knowing the lesson content. How might these lessons work with your learners?
  2. Then reflect on how and when you might use Beyond the GED: Making Conscious Choices About the GED and Your Future in your instruction and/or program?
